Jeanie Marie Buss, an American businesswoman from America. She is the President and the controlling owner of Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. Buss is a native of California and was raised as part of a wealthy family. The father of her Jerry Buss was a real-estate businessman who became owner of the Lakers as well as other sports companies. After her parents divorced in 1972 and she started to feel emotionally abandoned. She joined her family's business in the age of 19 and became the general manager of the Los Angeles Strings tennis team. After that, she established in the Los Angeles Blades team of professional roller hockey. She served as the president of the Great Western Forum before assuming the duties of the vice-president of the Lakers. Buss along with her five sisters inherited his Lakers majority ownership following the passing of Bussher father in 2013. Each sister had an equal voice. Buss assumed the position of president for the Los Angeles Lakers. Buss runs Women of Wrestling in Los Angeles, an organization that encourages professional wrestling.
